The patient came to our attention requiring the creation of new total prosthesis of both arches. On the upper jaw we created a removable prosthesis while for the lower jaw we decided to fix the prosthesis with two OT Equator in interforaminal area. The two attachments have been fixed on 3P implants that have been inserted with a free hand flap surgery. We have opened a small flap and used the stoppers to calibrate the depth of the osteotomies.
