This patient have had an extraction of a central incisor and wants to restrore the aesthetic of his smile. The insertion of a 3P implant has been made with a fully open flap with lateral incisions, this approach is meant to have a better view as the vestibular plate is very thin. The implant has been inserted leaving most of the vestibular portion uncovered by bone therefore the necessity of a regenerative approach is essential for the success of the case
Regenerative material covered by collagene T-barrier membrane have been adapted to the vestibular side of the site. To maintain the volumes and make sure the material stays in place a T-barrer titanium membrane has been fixed on the implant, the flaps have been sutured to wait for healing. After 4 months we performed a new surgery to remove the membrane and insert a transmucosal healing screw.
