The treatment plan created for this patient consists in the insertion of an EV implant in the anterior area. Given the extremely aesthetic position of the site, for an optimal aesthetic result the volumes must be preserved.
Extraction of a compromised central incisor, cleaning of the alveolus and insertion an EV line implant – self-tapping thread, under-prepared osteotomy – in the post-extraction phase for better maintenance of the bone volume.
Since the implant has no vestibular bone, it was decided to insert some bone regeneration material and cover everything with a T-barrier collagen membrane for better healing and maintenance of the tissues.
Healing after 3 months, during this session the flap was opened again for the positioning of the healing screw and allow the remodeling of the transmucosal profile.
