Implant Insertion Socket Type III & Pneumatized Maxillary Sinus

We inserted a wide implant in a difficult risky case with socket type III & pneumatized maxillary sinus where the primary stability difficult to achieve.
We decide to for an immediate placement with ossodensification concept to improve septum bone , and elevating sinus through the socket.
6×12 mm B & B implant was placed after osteotomy site preparation with densabur, after that palatal pedicle CTG was harvested and moved to cover the socket after bone graft & PRF placement.
