This is the case of a patient with a strong bilateral posterior mandibular atrophy that does not allow the insertion of a conventional implant. It is decided to proceed with double rehabilitation with Iuxta subperiosteal implants. The protocol provides for the use of a surgical template to create the implant support slots. The implant is then fixed in place with osteosynthesis screws and the defect between bone and implant filled on the left side with particulate bone of bovine origin and DPRF membrane. The suture includes mattress and single stitches.
