The patient came to our attention with the request to restore functionality of the inferior edentulous saddle. Due to the bone volume the implant in position 5 has been planned to be a slim implant while the implant in position 7 is an EV regular line. Two EV implants have been inserted in order to achieve better primary stability that however was evaluated as insufficient for immediate load. The premolar implant has been completely submerged with the insertion of the cover screw while the distal implant a healing screw has been applied to ease the impression procedure.
The impression was taken with 2 facility transfer and a 3 element bridge inserted after 8 months from implant insertion.
