The patient came to our clinic with the specific request to improve her quality of life giving her a stable and fix prosthesis. We then took the impression to be sent in the laboratory and prepare an articulation bite to prepare a prosthesis mockup with radiopaque markers as radiographic template.
We have then acquired the cbct of the patient with the device in place and scanned both model and rediographic template match all the information and plan the implants insertion on the software. Therefore we obtained a surgical template together with a report that collects all the details about each implant, the surgery has been made in local anaesthesia. We placed the prosthesis immediately after the implants insertion.
